BASE COVERAGE — 3 YEARS
From the delivery date, we cover any manufacturing defect in the entire product: chassis, mechanisms, structural welds, base, wheels, gas piston, armrests and electronic components (where applicable).
EXTENSION TO 5 YEARS — MECHANICAL PARTS
Register your Monarch and share your setup (see how) to extend for free, from 3 to 5 years, the coverage of:
- Chassis and structure
- Reclining and tilting mechanism
- Base and wheels
- Gas piston
- Armrest mechanism
WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER
- Upholstery and foam: covered for the 3-year base period only against manufacturing defects — not included in the 5-year extension, and never for normal wear from use (marks, loss of firmness, discoloration).
- Damage from incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications or use other than recommended.
- Components from other manufacturers installed by the user.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser (it is not transferable to second-hand purchases) and is subject to the jurisdiction of the country of original purchase. Phoenix’s maximum financial liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product. Phoenix is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of its equipment, limiting its liability exclusively to the product itself.
