PRECISION WARRANTY STATEMENT

Valid for the Monarch Remaster series and Limited Editions.

At Phoenix, we do not assemble furniture; we forge high-performance equipment. Our confidence in biomechanical engineering is absolute.

STEP. 01

OUR COMMITMENT

This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal and proper use of the equipment. During the 3-year base warranty period, Phoenix will repair or replace, at its sole discretion and at no cost for parts, any component that presents:

  1. Structural Failure
    Critical defects in the internal steel chassis or in the integrity of the injected aluminum base.
  2. Mechanical Failure
    Malfunctioning of moving parts, including the Class 4 hydraulic piston, the multi-tilt mechanism, and the internal hardware of the 4D armrests.
  3. Original Material Defects
    Obvious flaws in the Prime Hybrid™ or AeroWeave™ upholstery present at the time of unboxing (requires notification to our team within the first 7 days after receiving the equipment).

STEP. 02

THE LIMITS OF PHYSICS

We manufacture equipment to last, but no material is immune to time or extreme abuse. To maintain the integrity of our warranty, the following are strictly excluded from coverage:

  1. Natural Wear and Tear
    The logical aging of materials due to continuous use over the years, including a slight loss of tension in cold-cured foams, natural wrinkles in the upholstery, or fading due to direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  2. Damage by Negligence
    Tears, cuts, burns, scratches, or stains caused by fluid spills, pets, abrasive clothing, or improper maintenance (failure to follow our official cleaning guides).
  3. Engineering Abuse
    Use of the equipment exceeding the technical load specifications (maximum weight recommended in your manual) or its use in non-climate-controlled environments, such as outdoors or environments of extreme humidity and salinity.
  4. Third-Party Modifications
    Any alteration, incorrect assembly, or replacement of vital parts with components outside the official Phoenix ecosystem.

STEP. 03

TACTICAL RESOLUTION

If engineering fails, we respond. To activate the warranty and resolve the issue with maximum speed, the original customer must follow this protocol:

  • Contact our technical support team providing the unique Serial Number (engraved on the chassis or on the metal plate of limited editions) and the original proof of purchase.
  • Provide macro photographs or high-resolution videos that isolate, illuminate, and clearly demonstrate the claimed manufacturing defect.
  • Following verification by our engineers, Phoenix will ship the exact replacement part along with detailed instructions for its installation, ensuring your equipment returns to its optimal operational state.

STEP. 04

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser (it is not transferable to second-hand purchases) and is subject to the jurisdiction of the country of original purchase. Phoenix’s maximum financial liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product. Phoenix is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of its equipment, limiting its liability exclusively to the product itself.
