ASSET PROTECTION

The source code, industrial designs, logos, product images, 3D renders, animations, software, and texts hosted on this website are strictly protected by intellectual and industrial property laws in favor of Phoenix.


Reproduction, computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation, or decompilation of any asset is prohibited without prior written consent from Phoenix. All derivative rights are expressly reserved. We reserve the right to initiate legal action in response to any infringement or unauthorized use of our assets or brand.


SEC. 03

PRIVACY PROTOCOL (GDPR)

As controllers of your personal data, we guarantee processing in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and L.O. 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Your data is not sold; it is used exclusively for hardware operations, warranties, and Founders Phase access.

    The data collected in our forms (marked as mandatory) is essential for processing your equipment deployment, managing technical support, or coordinating priority access. Failure to provide this data will prevent the service from being performed.

    In accordance with Art. 30 of the GDPR, we maintain an Internal Record of Processing Activities available to the relevant authorities.

TRACEABILITY MATRIX (COOKIES)

Our platform uses traceability files (cookies) to optimize system loading and personalize the Operator experience. Through the cookie settings panel, you can define your preferred level of access.

USAGE PARAMETERS AND JURSDICTION

Accessing the platform implies acceptance of these regulations. Phoenix strictly prohibits the introduction of malicious code, denial-of-service attacks, or any attempt to compromise our infrastructure. Violators will be reported to the authorities.

    Our manuals and specifications are for guidance only. We are not liable for supply failures due to force majeure, third-party network incidents, or the misuse of information.


  1. Dispute Resolution
    Access and purchases are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Granada.


  1. European Mechanism
    Please be advised that the European Commission's ODR platform ceased operations in July 2025. For digital assistance, consumers may consult the "Consumer Redress in the EU" portal.
